Job Description:

Shift: Weekly 6 pm- 6 am

* Rounds and assesses patient care units to evaluate patient conditions, identify staffing needs, and provide support to caregivers.

* Advises and directs nursing personnel, responds to Code Blue situations, and manages clinical emergencies.

* Acts as liaison for patient movement and bed assignments, promoting cost-effective management of staffing, equipment, and supplies.

* Represents nursing administration during off-shifts, authorizes consent or treatment during admissions, and serves as incident commander for disasters.

* Fosters exceptional patient experiences through compassionate communication and effective relationships with patients, visitors, staff, and leadership. i

Education:

* Associate's of Nursing [Required]

* Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

* Master's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

* 2+ years leadership experience as an assistant nurse manager and/or nurse manager or equivalent (i.e. charge nurse, chair nursing practice council, cn3, cn4) [Preferred]

* 2+ years staff nurse experience PCU and ICU [Required]

Licenses and

Certifications:

* Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

* Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:

$33.99 - $63.22
