Jobtailor is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to ensure HUD‑funded programs meet regulatory standards and internal policies. You will conduct audits, identify discrepancies, and guide corrective actions across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 3+ years of HUD program experience (HCV, PBV, PH, PBRA, LIHTC), and strong knowledge of HUD rules, including HOTMA and SEMAP/PHAS.
