Line Cook

Prato is seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who takes pride in precision, consistency, and collaboration. You will work closely with our chefs to prepare high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to seasonality, technique, and elevated Italian fare.

• Set up and maintain an organized, fully-stocked prep station throughout service
• Execute prep and cooking tasks according to standardized recipes and chef direction
• Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
• Uphold strict sanitation and food safety practices in all work areas
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory
• Support the team in maintaining a clean, efficient, and productive kitchen
• Communicate effectively with team members and chefs to ensure a seamless service

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
