Assistant Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Winter Park, FL. The Assistant Manager will assist in leading day-to-day store operations, manage and motivate staff, ensure an excellent customer experience, and maintain store performance. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, executing visual merchandising plans, managing inventory, and adhering to company standards. This role requires effective communication, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational success and team collaboration.

• Basic computer skills and experience working with retail software systems
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet sales goals
• Previous retail or management experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, management, or related field is a plus
• Flexibility to work retail shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
