Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, courteously, and professionally; assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs; inform guests about promotions and trade-in program; recommend additional items; apply selling behaviors during each transaction; express gratitude to every guest.;
Prioritize guests over tasks and circulate throughout the store to support guest experience;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system;
Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, ensuring top-notch guest service;
Safeguard company assets through inventory control and loss-prevention practices; conduct store inventory counts and restock merchandise
