Overview

The White Label Firm, Inc. (2015) is a sales, marketing and promotions company with locations in NYC, NJ and FL. We handle campaigns for clients across telecom, utility, nonprofit, security and financial sectors. We emphasize training leaders of tomorrow with values of teamwork, positivity and an attitude of “impossible is nothing.” You will have your own dedicated iPad to deliver on- and off-site demonstrations for our sales and marketing campaigns.

This is an entry-level management training role that offers a structured four-stage program designed to develop leadership in sales, marketing, and promotions. Stages include:

• Stage 1: training in sales, marketing, and promotions; market research and customer service; cross-training in public speaking, time management, and budget management.
• Stage 2: developing skills in team building, small-scale team management, sales management, basic HR, and administrative duties.
• Stage 3: fine-tuning operations with focus on human resources, public relations, client management and sales processing.
• Stage 4: opportunity to run and direct an entire sales and marketing campaign for one client in industries including telecom, security, nonprofit, or finance.

Our programs involve campaigns that matter, including initiatives related to financial services, security systems, and other consumer campaigns. The company commits to a training investment, IPad minis, and a structure for long-term growth in training, education, and business development.

• All experience levels are welcome; previous sales/marketing experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong interest in leadership development and working in a fast-paced environment.
