  • Monitor market activity, development pipelines, permit activity, and competitor positioning to stay ahead of emerging opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust prospect pipeline in Hub Spot, keeping contact records, pursuit stages, and follow‑up activity current and accurate.
  • Track, analyze, and report on pipeline activity, pursuit outcomes, and market trends to the Director of Development on a regular basis.
Client Relationships & Networking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and key decision‑makers across the Central Florida market.
  • Represent HBC at industry events, association meetings, chamber functions, and client engagements – with the presence and professionalism that reflects our brand.
  • Stay active in local organizations including chambers of commerce, ULI, AGC, and other relevant associations to build visibility and market intelligence.
  • Identify and pursue public speaking opportunities and other platforms that generate positive exposure for Hedrick Brothers Construction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating HBC’s capabilities, differentiators, and value clearly and compellingly.
