Position Overview
CLS Sales Representative responsible for driving revenue growth for designated Commercial Landscape Services markets through effective sales strategies and client presentations. The role involves generating and managing client pipelines, conducting market research, developing competitive proposals, collaborating with senior management to create business development plans, and ensuring accurate reporting and performance tracking to support decision‑making.
Job Duties- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Generate and manage a robust pipeline of clients in target markets through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competition, and devise strategies for expanding the client base and market presence.
- Collaborate with senior management to create and execute a comprehensive business development plan that supports strategic goals.
- Develop and manage sales proposals and contracts to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and successful project execution.
- Facilitate coordination among teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Promote brand awareness and generate leads by representing the company at events, utilizing digital marketing initiatives, and working with marketing on promotional strategies.
- Ensure accurate reporting and performance tracking of sales activities, providing insights to senior management for strategic decisions.
- Pursue continuous improvement and professional development to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Respond appropriately in emergency situations.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules.
- Required:
Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university; or associate’s degree with one year of outside sales experience building relationships and expanding a client database; or high school diploma or equivalent with two years of outside sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Required:
Proactive self‑starter with proven ability to manage time effectively and maintain exceptional attention to detail, resulting in increased sales performance and client satisfaction. - Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer or software programs. - Required:
Driver’s license. - Preferred:
Demonstrated record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals. - Preferred:
Results‑oriented professional with a proven track record in a collaborative, fast‑paced team environment. - Preferred:
Fluency in Spanish is beneficial.
