• Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested.
• Assists in tests, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under direct supervision.
• Responds to in‑house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
• Responds to emergency calls and takes calls in accordance with facility needs.
• Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.

• Ability to perform electrical equipment maintenance, installations, and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations.
• Ability to assist in contributing to system training manuals and upgrades as changes occur.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Must have the ability to document records neatly and accurately.
• Ability to generate requisitions for materials and supplies.
