Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician

• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Provide value‑added solutions to help make customers’ homes cleaner, more comfortable, and protected.
• Maintain and organize the company truck; manage parts efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Proficiency with smartphones, including part ordering.
• Successfully pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the appropriate state(s).
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply technical written text.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
  English proficiency required.
• Physical ability: lift up to 20 lbs frequently; lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs often; 100 lbs occasionally.
• Reach outward, handle, and use hands; stand, walk, sit, and type on a keyboard.
• Flexibility to bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl.
• Drive automatic transmission vehicle.

1 – 2 years of related experience.

Road warrior (75% or more travel).
