Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician

- Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
- Provide value‑added solutions to help make customers’ homes cleaner, more comfortable, and protected.
- Maintain and organize the company truck; manage parts efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree.
- EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
- Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
- Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
- Proficiency with smartphones, including part ordering.
- Successfully pass background and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license for the appropriate state(s).
- Ability to travel up to 100%.
- Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.
- Ability to read, understand, and apply technical written text.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
English proficiency required. - Physical ability: lift up to 20 lbs frequently; lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs often; 100 lbs occasionally.
- Reach outward, handle, and use hands; stand, walk, sit, and type on a keyboard.
- Flexibility to bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, and crawl.
- Drive automatic transmission vehicle.
1 – 2 years of related experience.
Travel RequirementsRoad warrior (75% or more travel).
