Rent Prosper is hiring a Senior Maintenance & HVAC Technician to service our Orlando area properties. You will travel daily in a company vehicle, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and address residents’ needs with a positive, proactive attitude.
This full-time role requires 7+ years of hands-on maintenance and HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. Workweek is Monday–Friday with on-call emergencies as needed.
