The Assistant Program Director position is responsible for providing clinical oversight, staffing and retention, training, employee relations, contractual requirements, and risk/safety of the individuals. You will oversee the Devereux I/DD Group Homes in Central Florida.

** Qualifications*

* EDUCATION and Experience:

*
* + Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field with2+ years of clinical, program and management experience within child and adolescent psychiatric/child welfare setting _._

_or_

+ Bachelor's degree Social Work, Human Services, or related field with 7+ years' experience and 3+ years' of supervisory experience.

** OTHER REQUIREMENTS:*
* + Valid driver's license _required_

+ Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening with the State of Florida. To learn more visit:

+ Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing. Some lifting and/or managing resistance required related to applying physical intervention techniques upwards of 75-100 lbs. or more. Some repetitive wrist/hand movements, normal hearing and vision.
