Ihre Tätigkeiten- Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie termingerechte Koordination der Aufträge
- Kontrolle von eingehender Ware sowie Zuteilung geeigneter Kistenlösungen
- Auftragsabwicklung und Disposition
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Kalkulation von Kundenaufträgen
- Technische Zeichnungen lesen, verstehen und berechnen
- Bestandsmanagement für Verbrauchsmaterialien
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in den Bereichen Logistik, Verpackungstechnik oder Handwerk mit technischem Verständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Holz
- Sie haben ein Auge für Details und koordinieren Prozesse strukturiert sowie effizient
- Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Disposition oder Auftragskoordination von Vorteil
- Räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen sowie gutes Verständnis für Grössen, Gewichte und Dimensionen
- Versierter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Holz, Verpackung oder Produktion von Vorteil
