Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Intern (80% Operations, 20% Other)

At Aeon, we are building one of Europe’s most ambitious preventive health brands. By combining full-body MRI and advanced blood diagnostics, we help people take control of their long-term health before symptoms appear.

We’re looking for an intern who is curious, driven, and passionate about health. From day 1, you’ll contribute to real work that helps the company scale. This role is an excellent opportunity if you want to learn how an early‑stage startup operates across functions and see how decisions are made day to day.

You’ll collaborate closely with a small senior team and steadily take on more responsibility as you ramp up.

Duration: 3–6 months (by mutual agreement), start date 1st September or 1st October.

Tasks

Operations & Customer Success (80%)

  • Own recurring operational workflows and task tracking
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders incl. managing incoming customer questions and liaising with our partners
  • Help improve internal ways of working as the company scales, e.g., creating SOPs
  • Provide excellent service to potential customers that call or email us with questions
  • Contribute to improving our overall customer experience, e.g., making self‑service resources more accessible

Other parts of the business (20%)

  • Support finance and administrative work such as invoicing and contracts
  • Support hiring efforts, incl. candidate screening and managing interview logistics

Research and coordinate potential PR collaborations aligned with the Aeon brand

We care deeply about development: beyond execution, you’ll learn the thinking, trade‑offs, and decision‑making behind the work you do.

Requirements

You are:

  • Structured, reliable, and a clear communicator
  • Comfortable with context‑switching and working with different stakeholders: this internship will require you to support different departments and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Curious, driven, and motivated to learn how a startup operates end to end
  • Fluent in both English and German
  • Strongly interested in health and preventive care
  • Available to work from our Winterthur office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

For this role, you must have Swiss/EU/EFTA citizenship or a valid Swiss working permit.

Benefits

You will get:

  • A competitive internship compensation
  • Real responsibility and ownership from day one
  • Exposure to leadership‑level decision‑making and prioritization
  • A steep learning curve and highly transferable startup experience
  • The opportunity to build your skills in common CRM tools like Hubspot and Stripe
  • A strong, health‑focused company culture with e.g., weekly Cross Fit sessions with the team and healthy snacks at the office

No need to attach a cover letter; your answers to the questions in the application form will help us get to know you.

We look forward to receiving your application.
