TRUECOMMERCE (COVENTRY) LIMITED is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support EMEA employees and leaders across the UK, Germany and Denmark. The role focuses on translating global People programs into local action, ensuring processes are compliant, efficient and data-driven.
You will own the employee lifecycle, manage data accuracy in HR systems (UKG, Deel) and partner with global People Team to shape policies and solutions for a high-ownership, high-impact function across the region.
