Die Stadt Winterthur Departement Soziales sucht eine:n Abteilungsleiter:in Stabilisierung für die Arbeitsintegration. Sie führen ein Team von ca. 7 Mitarbeitenden und gestalten aktiv die Integration von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen ohne Ausbildung.
In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie verantwortlich für die fachliche Führung, Qualitätsstandards und die Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Partnern. Die Rolle bietet viel Gestaltungsraum und herausfordernde Tätigkeiten.
Erforderlich ist ein Bachelorabschluss in relevanten Bereichen und Führungserfahrung.
