Das Fotomuseum Winterthur sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft, die die gesellschaftliche Öffnung des Museums aktiv mitgestaltet. Sie bauen Zugangsbarrieren ab und fördern die aktive Beteiligung von Jugendlichen, Menschen mit Migrationsgeschichte, Menschen mit Behinderungen sowie weiteren unterrepräsentierten Gruppen.
Ihre Arbeit erfolgt sowohl im Museum als auch in Zusammenarbeit mit Communities außerhalb des Hauses.
