Die Stadt Winterthur sucht einen Vertriebsinnendienst-Mitarbeiter:in mit Fokus auf CRM und Reporting. Sie werden an der Einführung eines neuen CRM-Systems beteiligt sein und die Fachapplikationsverantwortung übernehmen.
Das Aufgaben gebiet umfasst die Koordination bei Störungsbehebungen, die Erstellung von Reports sowie Unterstützung im Vertriebsinnendienst. Neben einer höheren Berufsbildung in Betriebswirtschaft sind Erfahrung im Energiebereich und Kenntnisse in CRM-Applikationen von Vorteil.
Mobiles Arbeiten sowie flexible Arbeitszeiten und 5 Wochen Urlaub werden angeboten.
