• Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
• Maintain safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvement opportunities, and adapting to change and feedback.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00
.
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location.
Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season or work performed.
