Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Manager and EB Education Specialist to join their team. As a Account Manager and EB Education Specialist
, you will be an integral part of the team supporting client relationships and training development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem‑solving, and a passion for continuous learning, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Account Manager and EB Education Specialist
Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000
Shift: M-F 8:30-5pm onsite
What's the Job?
- Serve and grow your assigned book of clients by providing exceptional service and education.
- Identify revenue growth opportunities and generate referrals across various departments.
- Create, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Conduct regular account reviews, ensuring coverage, discounts, and client satisfaction.
- Support marketing efforts by suggesting content ideas and participating in branding activities.
What's Needed?
- 5yrs of experience in insurance sales and/or account management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in account management or client service roles is preferred.
- Willingness to learn industry trends and incorporate new knowledge into training.
