Right at Home Perth South is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Vietnamese-speaking
Personal Care Worker
to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients, including a primary client in
Winthrop

Personal Care:Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.

Mobility Support:Safe transfers, walking assistance, and positioning.

Medication Assistance:Prompting and monitoring as required.

Companionship:Engaging in meaningful activities and emotional support.

Transport:Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings (C-Class license & own vehicle essential).

Household Tasks:Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.

Documentation:Accurate record-keeping and reporting changes in client conditions.

• Certificate III/IV in Individual Support
  (Aged Care, Disability, or Community Care).
• National Police Clearance
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening + Orientation Module
• Full driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle
• Availability for 20+ hours per week
  (must include
  Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM
  for Bicton client).
• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.

• Experience with
  complex care needs
  .
• Medication assistance qualification
  (or willingness to obtain).
• Local knowledge of
  Perth’s southern suburbs
  .
• Ability to work
  sleepover or night shifts
  (optional).
