• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in school-based OT settings is strongly preferred
• Aptitude for evaluating students using multiple assessments
• Skilled in writing clear, actionable reports, IEPs, and 504 plans
• Comfort providing direct services in diverse group settings

• Evaluate students utilizing standardized and functional assessments
• Develop and implement individualized goals, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Author comprehensive reports and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Deliver OT services tailored to student needs in classroom and pull-out environments
• Adapt intervention strategies to support students with a wide range of abilities and challenges
• Engage proactively with families and school staff to ensure cohesive student support
