Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000 annually
About the OpportunityAnthro Med Education is partnering with a school district in Winthrop, MA to welcome an Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-district position supporting students across PreK through 12th grade, providing an opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and support their ability to participate and succeed in the school environment.
What You'll Do- Provide occupational therapy services to students across PreK–12th grade
- Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Develop and monitor IEP goals related to students' occupational therapy needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school-based teams
- Partner with teachers, school staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Provide interventions that support students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Full-district position supporting students in PreK–12th grade
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 7.5 hours per day
- Opportunity to work across multiple grade levels and student populations
- Additional district details are currently being finalized
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license
- Appropriate Massachusetts school-based licensure/certification
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
