Rate: £180 / day CIS (must have own van & tools) 20p per mile paid

Company, Project & benefits of a Plasterer / Multi trade:

Our client, a subcontractor who deliver high quality services to clients in the social housing and local authority sector are seeking a Plasterer / Multi trade to join their maintenance team on a long-term ongoing basis. The works are on voids properties and are a mixture of internal and external works.

Working hours are 8am
-5pm Monday to Friday. 30 minutes lunch.

Desirable Experience of a Plasterer / Multi trade:

• Must have good skills in a variety of trades such as plastering, carpentry, decorating mainly kitchen and bathroom areas.

Qualifications & Skills of a Plasterer / Multi trade:

• Minimum of 2 years professional plastering experience
• Have own tools and transport
• Experience of facilities or housing maintenance
• Full driving licence & van/car required
