We are looking for a passionate Staff Accountant to join our Finance/Accounting team and help us shape the next 100 years of Mariani!

• Manage:
  Review and process invoices, three-way purchase order matches, check requests, and wire transfers; ensure appropriate documentation, approvals, and ledger coding are completed accurately and timely.
• Analyze:
  Prepare assigned month-end journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations, validate supporting documentation and account balances.
• Coordinate:
  Daily grower activity with receiving stations and growers, maintain grower records and payable weights, reconcile fruit pounds, and process monthly grower payments and statements.
• Maintain:
  Update and reconcile financial and operational data in S2K and Footprint, maintain accurate files and documentation, and support trace exercises, cost rolls, budgeting, and other accounting activities.

• Associate’s degree in accounting or finance
• Proven ability to understand cost accounting principles and methodologies
• A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
