Site Safety Manager — Solar Construction
Location:
Multiple sites (TX, NM, IL, NV, IN)
Pay Rate: $30 - $50 per hour + Overtime (Time and a Half After 40 Hours)
Hours:
50-60 Hours per Week
Start Date:
Immediate
Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension
Job OverviewAlpha & Omega Safety Services is seeking multiple Site Safety Managers for a construction contractor with Solar projects across the US. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing safety programs, and maintaining a safe work environment on-site.
Qualifications- Experience in civil construction safety
- Minimum OSHA 510
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance in construction
- Ability to lead safety meetings, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety policies
- Rate $30-$35/hr $50/hr for supervisory role
- Per Diem: $135 / day (7 days)
- Vehicle Allowance:
Truck and Fuel Card Provided - Contract Duration: 12 months with the potential for extension
- Overtime Pay:
Time and a half after 40 hours
