What You’ll DoAs an Account Services Representative
, you will help create a positive total customer experience by supporting both individual and business clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, embraces change, and wants to continually learn. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming environment
- Providing accurate information about bank products and services
- Completing general account maintenance and data entry
- Supporting teller and operations teams as needed
- Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional service in every interaction

- A high school diploma or GED (1–3 years of related experience preferred)
- A positive attitude, strong reliability, and a professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Comfort handling cash and basic math concepts
- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with Windows environments
- A team‑oriented mindset and a commitment to confidentiality
