What You’ll Do

As a CSR
, you will be the welcoming face of Wood Trust, ensuring a positive total customer experience by supporting both individual and business clients. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Greeting customers warmly and providing exceptional service
  • Processing routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, money orders)
  • Balancing your cash drawer accurately at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Verifying customer identification and following security procedures to prevent fraud
  • Educating customers on bank products and digital banking tools
  • Assisting with account maintenance such as address changes, card replacements, and inquiries
  • Referring customers to specialists for loans, investments, or more complex needs
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all banking regulations
  • Handling cash and negotiable instruments with accuracy and care
  • Supporting branch operations with administrative tasks and recordkeeping
