Complete Dental Staffing is urgently recruiting a Dental Hygienist for a welcoming, patient-focused private practice in Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494.

Approximately 32 hours per week

Monday: 7:20 AM–5:30 PM
Tuesday: 7:20 AM–5:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:20 AM–5:30 PM
Thursday: 7:20 AM–5:30 PM

Occasional Friday: 7:20 AM–2:30 PM

Patient care hours are generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Thursday

Friday needs are occasional and expected to decrease once the office is fully staffed.

No race-the-clock mentality.

The practice wants its hygienists to have the time needed to perform thorough care, properly document findings, diagnose and treat periodontal disease, educate patients, and build relationships.

You'll also have:

• Professional instrument sharpening every 2 weeks

• Perio laser

• Laser training & certification available

• Daily hygiene assistance

The long-term goal is a strong two-hygienist team without turning hygiene into an accelerated schedule.

You don't need years of experience to be considered.

This practice is willing to mentor a new graduate who is dependable, eager to learn, and passionate about excellent patient care.

An experienced hygienist who regularly works with the practice can also provide mentorship and work alongside a newer team member.

Your clinical responsibilities may include:

• Preventive hygiene care

• Periodontal assessment & treatment

• SRP

• Pano, BWX, FMX & PA X-rays

• Local anesthesia

• Patient education

• Thorough clinical documentation

• Sterilization support when needed

• Holds an active Wisconsin RDH license

• Is comfortable administering local anesthesia

• Is dependable and team-oriented

• Takes pride in thorough patient care

• Values proper perio diagnosis and treatment

• Wants to build relationships with patients

• Believes quality should come before speed
