- Testing Requirements: Pre-Employment / Post-Offer Physical Ability Testing. The purpose is to ensure candidates possess the physical capacity to safely perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a Physical Ability Evaluation (PAE) specific to the essential functions and measured physical demands of this position. A final/official job offer will be extended after successful completion of the test.
