What You’ll Do
As a Private Banker, you will serve as a trusted first point of contact for customers and play a key role in shaping their overall experience with Wood Trust. This position calls for a well‑organized, highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in and enthusiasm for promoting Wood Trust Bank and its products. Associates should be positive, flexible, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a welcoming customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in person and by phone with professionalism and warmth
• Providing accurate information and guidance on bank products and services
• Opening, maintaining, and servicing customer accounts
• Performing teller transactions with precision and care
• Supporting office operations and administrative tasks
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on shared goals
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and upholding Wood Trust’s high standards of service
