A is recruiting for a Branch Office Administrator with a well‑established and highly reputable financial services firm in Wisconsin Rapids. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys working with clients, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in building a long‑term career in the financial services industry
.
The ideal candidate will be interested in obtaining their securities license and growing their responsibilities within the organization. You will work closely with financial advisors and clients while gaining valuable experience in investment operations, account administration, and financial services.
What You'll Do- Prepare and process investment and client account paperwork.
- Open, maintain, and update client accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate account transfers and investment transactions.
- Support financial advisors with day-to-day client service and account needs.
- Assist with insurance and retirement account administration.
- Ensure documentation and processes comply with applicable industry regulations.
- Communicate professionally with clients and respond to questions and requests.
- Manage scheduling, office operations, and administrative responsibilities.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate, confidential financial records.
- Assist with various projects and administrative duties to support the branch and financial advisors.
- Learn and take on additional responsibilities as you work toward obtaining your securities license and advancing within the company.
- Willingness to obtain a securities license and pursue a career in financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, but not required

- Professional, organized, and detail‑oriented.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
