REQUIRED Project Manager III

Location: Madison, WI

Work: Hybrid

90% Remote / 10% Onsite

Contract: Through approximately 06/30/2027

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Must currently live in Wisconsin OR be willing to relocate to Wisconsin within 30 days
Must be physically located in the US and work only from the US
15+ years Project workplans using automated tools
15+ years Excellent oral & written communication
12+ years Technical writing/documentation
15+ years Business requirements, analysis & design deliverables
15+ years Unit/Development Testing, System Testing & UAT
8+ years Application development/support across SDLC with:
- COBOL
- CICS
- DB2
- JCL
- SAS
10+ years SQL and mainframe tools such as SPUFI, Platinum, File Manager, Debugger, QMF or equivalent
10+ years
Changeman, CNTL-M, JIRA Service Management or similar
15+ years MS Excel, Outlook, Project & Word
Strong Project Management + team management experience
Experience with mainframe + web applications
Experience with Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies
Experience with ADO/JIRA or similar PM tools

Preferred / Nice to Have

Child Support systems experience
Child Support System Certification
IV-D Test Deck certification
KIDS system experience
Financial/case-management child support enforcement systems
