Maintenance Technician - Wisconsin Rapids Processing Plant
Ocean Spray is Now Hiring a Maintenance Technician at the Wisconsin Rapids Processing Plant. The plant sits on 70 Acres, covering 295,000 square feet and produces Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins). The position is a 12‑hour rotating shift from 4 pm–4 am with rotating weekends off, starting at a pay rate of $33.28 plus a shift differential of $1.25 per hour. It is a year‑round indoor role with three 30‑minute paid breaks.

Responsible for the day‑to‑day maintenance activities within the team. Using the principles of total quality management to execute preventative maintenance and repair equipment, and actively participating in project development and training. Accountable for effective communication between management and team to maximize maintenance engagement practices.
Job Responsibilities- Troubleshoot complex equipment, read and interpret manuals and work orders, maintain a clean, safe work environment, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as maintenance support for equipment, ensuring optimal performance; respond to equipment process concerns; prioritize work orders, PM/CM as needed.
- Adhere to schedules and operational procedures, including safety precautions related to equipment and performing assigned tasks. Take appropriate actions and make recommendations to ensure a safe working environment. Perform safety checks on equipment prior to operations; perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance; perform diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in daily maintenance projects and tasks.
- Participate in preparatory meetings for maintenance day overhauls and cleans.
