We’re seeking a dedicated professional to operate and maintain our tanks, ensure sanitation standards, and support the production of high-quality products in a fast‑paced environment. Wage: $21 per hour day, or $23 per hour nights
Schedule: Rotating days on a2-2-3, 7AM to 7PM OR 7PM to 7AM on nights 2-2-3
- Operate machinery and perform tests, recording all results accurately.
- Clean and maintain work areas.
- Ensure safe work practices, following written procedures for chemical handling and equipment use.
- Properly record food product usage.
- Complete shift checklists and paperwork promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety protocols, including forklift operation certification.
- Assist with sanitation and upkeep of the work area during and after shifts.
- Experience with machine operation.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and chemical handling.
- Ability to perform Brix testing and record data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Certification to operate a forklift is required.
Skills:
- Experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Clean‑In‑Place (CIP) systems.
- Previous experience with process control and quality testing.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a production or processing plant preferred.
- Ability to work on‑site in a manufacturing facility.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with physical demands such as climbing ladders and working at heights.
