- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely
- Educate patients on health management and follow-up care
- Support clinic operations and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Active state license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Relevant certifications as required by state regulations
- Prior primary care or walk-in clinic experience preferred
- Ability to work full shifts and handle diverse patient cases
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
