Aspirus At Home in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the field team providing home health services. The role requires travel to patient homes to deliver nursing care and coordinate with families and clinicians.
We seek candidates with LPN licensure in WI/MI, BLS certification, and 1–2 years of medical/surgical or home health experience. Supplemental 0.4 FTE, 32 hours biweekly, benefits included.
