- License/Certs: Valid State License in Wisconsin; BLS preferred
- Experience: Prior experience in adult and pediatrics preferred but not required
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note this is a placeholder; pay package will be discussed upon application)

- Conduct patient assessments, including history taking and physical exams
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for common illnesses and injuries
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards and protocols
- Valid Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Wisconsin
- Able to work full-time hours, including documentation time
- Comfortable seeing both adult and pediatric patients
- Strong communication and patient care skills
