Pharmacy associates focus on the needs of our customers as they entrust us with their prescriptions and health needs. They are responsible for inputting and processing prescriptions, supporting patients with product information, and providing customer service in our store pharmacies.

• Help people and make a difference by providing quality care to patients when they need it most.
• Assist patients in choosing the right glasses and contact lenses.
• Maintain accurate prescription data and product knowledge.
• Support the pharmacy team with inventory and customer service tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.

• Experience as a pharmacy associate, pharmacy technician, or pharmacy tech.
• Experience assisting customers in a vision center—glasses and contacts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
