Job Shift: Night

• Perform laboratory tests on product samples following established methods and procedures.
• Clearly document test results and actions taken.
• Operate, monitor, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Work closely with production staff for solutions and dispositions of held product in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and Food Safety procedures.
• Responsible for testing appearance, piece count and texture of finished product.
