Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Dollar General seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Wisconsin Rapids, WI location within a technology-enabled retail environment. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and cash handling while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and customer-focused store. Partner with cross-functional teams to use data and digital tools for sales optimization and loss prevention. Train and coach associates, conduct performance reviews, and model collaborative, innovative culture.
