Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, providing delivery and pick‑up of uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility service items. This role is fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor, and requires hands‑on customer service.

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Active driver’s license
• At least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of prior employment
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• High school diploma, GED, or military service
