Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and provide service and sales within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Act as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required:

• Active driver’s license and at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification and documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent service qualifications.
