We are looking for a motivated construction laborer to join our team supporting mixed residential and commercial projects. This role involves performing a variety of hands‑on construction tasks with a focus on garage door installation, working in small teams of 1‑4 members. The position requires moderate travel between multiple job sites throughout the region and the use of both company‑provided and personal specialized tools and equipment.

• Apply welding techniques for custom fabrication or reinforcement when necessary.
• Employ carpentry skills such as caulking, trim installation, and metal stud framing.
• Collaborate effectively with small teams to complete construction tasks efficiently.
• Travel between multiple job sites within the region as required.

• Proven experience in garage door installation or related construction labor.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction.
• Ability to safely perform heavy lifting throughout the workday.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction blueprints or schematics.
• Knowledge of welding methods for fabrication or repair.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for travel between job sites.

• Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience.
