Are you an Industrial, Diesel or Automotive Mechanic looking for a 1st shift opportunity? This could be your next career move! Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Mechanic for a direct hire Forklift Mechanic role in the Wisconsin Rapids area.
As the Forklift Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting customer equipment and completing preventative maintenance on a variety of material handling equipment. The Forklift Mechanic will be working on forklifts, scissor lifts, floor scrubbers and other material handling equipment as required. You will be heavily involved with customers and will need to represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
A company vehicle will be provided for all daily travel.
This is a 1st shift direct hire position. 1st shift hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm. Wage is based on experience, with a range of $25-$32+/hour.
Qualifications
- Technical Diploma preferred but would consider adequate experience.
- Forklift maintenance experience preferred but will consider automotive, diesel or industrial maintenance experience.
- Painting and welding experience a plus.
- Basic set of good hand tools required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
