Maintenance Mechanic Wage: $20.00 - $24.00/hour

Join our team in Wisconsin Rapids as a Maintenance Technician and play a critical role in keeping our production operation running at peak  this high-impact role, you'll leverage your mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic expertise to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve production and facility equipment. From emergency repairs and preventive maintenance to equipment installations and facility upkeep, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:

Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.

Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service

Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines

Diagnoses problems replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments

Completes work orders, carrying preventative maintenance schedules, and installing new equipment

Performs minor and major repairs on plant equipment in the production facility

Performs as required skilled maintenance activities to include but not limited to construction, plumbing and painting

Complies with OSHA Safety and Health rules

Performs other projects and or duties as assigned

Maintains the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds

Performs work order requests

Requirements for Maintenance Mechanic:

High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of screw conveyors, and gearboxes
