We are looking to hire an experienced Accountant to work within a Green Bay, WI Manufacturer.  As an Accountant, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the CFH and the day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Support daily accounting operations with a focus on accounts receivable, customer invoicing, and balance sheet account maintenance.

+ Prepare, process, and issue customer invoices accurately and in accordance with contract terms.

+ Monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances and follow up on past-due accounts to support healthy cash flow.

+ Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including preparing and posting journal entries.

+ Perform routine balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

** What's Needed?*
* + Technical or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

+ 2-4+ years of accounting experience, preferably with accounts receivable and invoicing responsibilities.

+ Working knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting practices.

+ Proficiency with accounting software (Sage preferred) and Excel.

+ Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
