Key Responsibilities of the Accounting & Payroll Specialist Role:

• Prepare financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets
• Record journal entries and complete account reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting
• File and maintain compliance with sales and use tax requirements
• Process payroll for all employees using ADP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain employee payroll records and update information as needed
• Assist with payroll audits and support reconciliation of payroll accounts
• Collaborate with accounting team to support month‑end close and reporting needs
• Respond to payroll‑related questions with professionalism and strong communication

Requirements for the Accounting & Payroll Specialist Role:

• Associate degree in Accounting with 2+ years of accounting experience with payroll exposure
• Experience processing payroll and working with ADP or similar systems
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data
