Stage Gestion Economat - Cost Control

In the context of your internship, we will entrust you with the following missions:

• Management of the economately (entries and exits)
• Orders of beverages and various items
• Reception, control, and storage of goods
• Computer entries of purchases
• Participation in end-of-month inventories
• Reconciliation of monthly costs
• Participation in the analysis of monthly costs and the implementation of corrective procedures
• Costing of new menus
• Encoding of invoices
• Participation in the monitoring of the correct application of control procedures

Internship agreement mandatory;
Duration of 5 months minimum starting from July 2026.

• English/French
• Excellent presentation and very good elocution
• Good mastery of the Office Pack
• Knowledge of Simphony would be an asset
• A hotel training would be an asset
• Sense of organization and priorities
