Parking Lot Maintenance LLC – Staff Accountant

Parking Lot Maintenance is looking for an ambitious staff accountant with a willingness to learn and a positive can‑do attitude. This position will report the CFO in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance Department with areas of focus including general accounting and inventory.

• Lead the reconciliation of daily management operational reporting with the accounting ERP reporting. Review job cost accounting and ensure accurate job profitability. Identify potential operational improvements based on analyzing job profitability.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions.
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Assist in the completion of monthly financial reporting, including preparing, reviewing and analyzing monthly balance sheet and income statements.
• Lead the shop and operations inventory process to ensure accurate inventory, including developing and leading a monthly cycle count process and year‑end count process and preparing journal entries to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams including multiple Operational department leads to gather financial data and support decision‑making processes.
• Assist in Payroll AR & AP duties.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office products, particularly in Excel.
• Experience in Oracle Net Suite preferred but not necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in a similar role.
